Important information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products only if the product is defective or damaged during shipping. Let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund.
We will cover return shipping costs only if the product is defective or damaged during shipping. Please check the size guide as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues.
Please note that we cannot cancel your order if it has already been shipped.
For any sizing issues, the customer must send us the product in its original packaging. Mounwin will not cover any shipping expenses incurred but may offer a discount for a replacement.
Please note: There will be a 30% restocking fee of the order value for returns that do not have all the original packaging. Mounwin will not cover any expenses incurred for your replacement packaging.
We allow the return of products in their original packaging, so please keep the original shipping packaging (original boxes and packing materials) after purchase in case you use our trial policy.

You are eligible for a return (and exchange) within a 30-day period if the product is defective or damaged. No returns can be issued after 30 days.
Photographic evidence showing that the products are still in new condition and have been correctly packed in the original packaging must be provided
You will then receive return instructions and the return merchandise authorization number via WhatsApp
Within the 30-day trial, our support team will issue a full refund upon receipt of the product in the original packaging and in new condition, or you will receive a new exchanged item equivalent to the value of the returned item
