• In case of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order

Payment

Full payment is required before the shipment of products. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery depending on the available options.

We primarily deliver within Morocco. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and availability of products.

• Standard delivery: 2-5 business days in major cities
• Delivery in rural areas: 3-7 business days
• Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the destination

Return conditions:

• Defective products can be returned within 7 days of receipt
• Items must be in their original condition with all tags
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility except in case of manufacturing defect
• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after receipt of the return
