Price and Availability

• All prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include applicable VAT
• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected
• We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products ordered
• In case of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order

Payment

For your security and convenience, we exclusively use Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. Payment is required in full only upon the physical receipt and inspection of the products at your designated delivery address. No advance payment or credit card information is required to place an order.

Order Cancellation

Any order placed after 6:00 PM can be cancelled until 6:00 PM the following day. To cancel your order, simply contact us via WhatsApp or by email before this deadline.

We provide fast and reliable delivery services across all regions of Morocco. Our team works diligently to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time.

• Major Cities (Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, etc.): 24 to 48 hours
• Other Cities and Regions: 2 to 4 business days
• Rural areas: Up to 5 business days
• Store Pickup: You can collect your order directly from our physical store in Kenitra free of any shipping charges

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct to avoid any delays in receiving your order.

Return conditions:

• Orders placed after 6:00 PM can be cancelled until 6:00 PM the following day by contacting us via WhatsApp or email
• Defective products can be returned within six days of receipt
• Items must be in their original condition with all tags
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility except in case of manufacturing defect
• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after receipt of the return

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of our content is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Brands: All product names, logos, and brands (such as Nike, Adidas, Puma, etc.) displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners.
